An A.L.T.A. survey including title research, boundary survey, topographic survey and mapping was performed for the Hillyard Plaza Apartments in Spokane, Washington. The survey was a required component in a package submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) along with a HUD survey report. A.S.P.I. was instrumental in the successful closing of this project.
